ABOUT OUR MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL
Lewis Martial Arts has two programs of martial arts. One program is Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and is built on the concepts of the Gracie system combined with that of Carlos Machado. It is designed for adults and youth starting at 4 years of age to help learn discipline, trust, hard work, dedication, and boosting self-esteem.
The other program is American Kenpo Karate learned from legends such as Ed Parker and Paul Mills. Designed for older kids and adults, it is an excellent way to get exercise and learn a life skill and self defense.
Elements from these disciplines are used to teach periodic women's self defense classes.
